Leadership Team
The proven management, board of directors, and advisors represent over 200 years of experience, from starting new business ventures to running publicly listed companies in North America, Asia and Europe. Most of them have global business experience with multilingual capabilities to comfortably conduct business anywhere in the world. The core skill set of the team consists of entrepreneurship, engineering, sales and marketing, M&A, investment, turnaround and restructuring, executive search and manufacturing. The team obtained their PhD, MBA, MSEE and various additional degrees from world's respected institutions such as Columbia University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Nanjing University, Tsinghua University, University of Chicago, University of California at Berkeley, and Yale University. They started their respective careers with some of the best global companies such as CIBC, CITIC Ka Wah Bank, Delphi, Ener1, Honeywell, IBM, Knorr-Bremse, KPMG, Microsoft, RR Donnelley, Russell Reynolds, San Miguel, Siemens, TRW, and Vulcan Inc.
