In July 2008, DPS has entered into a joint venture agreement with a Zhejiang based auto component manufacturer to produce advanced lithium battery modules. The Chinese partner is a well established automotive components manufacturer making alternator, starters and motors for global customers such as Bosch, Chrysler, Ford, GM, Iskra and Renault.
