03/2007  Partnership with a Li-Polymer battery manufacturer in
               Asia and an electric vehicle developer in USA to jointly
               develop Li Battery powered 3-wheel EVs

10/2007  Announcing testing of an innovative scalable battery
               system for Telecom and UPS applications with a battery
               manufacturer in USA
 
12/2008  Signing of JDA with one of the largest Chinese auto makers
               for building a new commercial electric vehicle using DPS’
               UBM

01/2009  Entering a Field Validation Program with a high-end
               sports motorcycle and vehicle designer in France using
               DPS’ UBM

01/2009  Completion of 15,000 kilometers filed test of an electric
               scooter using UBM with the major motorcycle group in
               Chongqing City, China

10/2009  Signing a Li-battery supply contract to provide UBMs for EV
               prototype under development for First Auto Works of China,
               the largest Chinese auto maker

11/2009  Successfully developing a running prototype of a street
               racing machine with one of the largest European OEM and
               displaying in a major motorcycle exhibition in Italy

12/2009  Becoming a Volkswagen R&D partner providing a complete
               integrated drive train

12/2009  JDA with West Wahsington University, Vehicle Research 
               Institute to supply lithium battery system for “Viking 45”
               plug-in-hybrid racing electric vehicle to participate in
